Discover our gemstone rings online

A gemstone ring is a ring with a natural stone or gemstone as its centrepiece, such as amethyst, rose quartz, tiger's eye, agate or lapis lazuli. Every stone has its own colour and pattern, so no two rings are exactly alike. At Lundholm you'll find gemstone rings from delicate to statement, with one large stone, two stones or even three. All rings in this collection are adjustable and made from premium stainless steel, most in gold tone and a few in silver tone.

Gemstone rings for every style and occasion

A ring with natural stone adds colour and character to your look. If you love a calm, delicate look, choose a minimalist style such as Jolijn with an off-white natural stone. For a bold statement there are large stones, as on Zoleste, Sienna with a large oval blue stone or Orion with three tiger's eye stones. Warm shades such as tiger's eye and red agate go beautifully with earthy tones, camel and autumnal outfits. Cool colours such as amazonite and lapis lazuli look fresh with white, denim and blue. And a ring with a stone in someone's favourite colour is always a personal gift.

Which types of gemstone rings can you find at Lundholm?

Amethyst rings

Deep purple and luxurious: Sophia with two amethyst stones and Ella with amethyst. Zoleste in purple and Lilly also have a purple stone. Amethyst is known as a symbol of calm and balance and is the traditional birthstone for February.

Rose quartz rings

Soft pink and romantic: Zoleste with rose quartz and Sophia with a large rose quartz and a small sunstone. Rose quartz is known as a symbol of love. If you love pink, take a look at the vintage-style Juliette with a large pink natural stone too.

Tiger's eye rings

Warm golden brown with a soft sheen: Tiger, Sunniva with an oval stone, Orion with three stones and Rosan in tiger's eye. Tiger's eye is known as a symbol of strength and self-confidence.

Agate, lapis lazuli and amazonite rings

Sophia also comes with green agate (with an accent of African jade), with red agate, with lapis lazuli and with amazonite. Lapis lazuli is a deep royal blue with gold-coloured inclusions and is known as a symbol of wisdom. Green agate is known as a symbol of growth and stability, amazonite of balance and calm. The Ella series also includes lapis lazuli and amazonite.

Moonstone, onyx and other natural stones

The Ella series also features white moonstone, peach moonstone and black onyx. The silver-tone Elvira comes with amethyst, lapis lazuli, tiger's eye, aventurine or black agate. And Zoleste, Sienna, Amee and Rosan are available with natural stones in various colours, from white, beige and brown to green, blue, purple and pink.

How do you choose a gemstone ring that suits you?

Choose by colour. Let the colours in your wardrobe guide you, or the favourite colour of the person you're buying a gift for.

Choose by symbolism. Many people choose a stone for what it traditionally symbolises, such as rose quartz for love or tiger's eye for strength. That turns a gemstone ring into a meaningful gift.

Choose your size. A ring with a smaller stone is easy to wear every day. A large stone or a ring with several stones is a statement that looks best worn on its own.

Gold or silver? Most rings are gold tone, which looks warm with almost any stone. Prefer silver? Choose the silver-tone Elvira.

Ring size? You don't need to know it: all rings in this collection are open and adjustable (one size).

Combining gemstone rings

A gemstone ring is often the eye-catcher, so pair it with calm, smooth rings in the same colour. For example, wear a Sophia ring on your middle finger and a fine minimalist ring on your ring finger. Want to mix several stones? Choose colours that go together, such as rose quartz with white moonstone or tiger's eye with onyx. An open ring without a stone also makes a lovely stacking partner. You'll find necklaces, bracelets and earrings with natural stone in our gemstone jewellery. Browse all our adjustable rings and rings too, or find a gift for her.

Materials and care

All rings in this collection are made from premium stainless steel, gold tone with a PVD coating on most styles, or silver tone. The stainless steel is waterproof and colourfast and, for most styles, is described as hypoallergenic in the product information. Natural stone, however, is more sensitive to water than steel. So take your ring off when showering, swimming and working out, and the stone will stay beautiful for longest.

Apply perfume and cream before putting on your ring, avoid chlorine and cleaning products, store it dry in a pouch and polish it gently with a soft, dry cloth. Because these are natural stones, every stone is unique: colour, texture and pattern may vary slightly from ring to ring.

Frequently asked questions

Which gemstones are in Lundholm's rings?

In our gemstone rings you'll find amethyst, rose quartz, tiger's eye, lapis lazuli, green and red agate, amazonite, white moonstone, peach moonstone, black onyx and aventurine, among others. There are also rings with natural stones in colours such as white, brown, green, blue, purple and pink. Because they're natural stones, every ring is slightly different.

What do amethyst, rose quartz and tiger's eye symbolise?

Rose quartz is known as a symbol of love, amethyst as a symbol of calm and balance and tiger's eye as a symbol of strength and self-confidence. Lapis lazuli is known as a symbol of wisdom. Many people choose their stone for that meaning, or simply for the colour. Amethyst is also the traditional birthstone for February.

Can you wear a gemstone ring in the shower?

The stainless steel of our gemstone rings is waterproof, but natural stone is more sensitive to water. So take your ring off when showering, swimming and working out, and the stone will stay beautiful for longest. Also apply perfume and cream before putting the ring on, and store it dry in a pouch.

What ring size do I need for a gemstone ring?

None. All Lundholm gemstone rings are open and adjustable (one size). Gently make the ring a little wider or narrower until it feels comfortable. That means they fit most fingers and also make an easy gift if you don't know the recipient's ring size.

Will my gemstone ring look exactly like the photo?

Almost. Because these are natural stones, every stone is unique. Colour, texture and pattern may differ slightly from the photo from ring to ring. That's exactly what makes your ring special: nobody else has exactly the same stone. You're truly wearing your own little piece of nature on your finger.
