The free bag: 40 x 30 x 20 cm, max 10 kg
The free carry-on at Wizz Air can measure up to 40 x 30 x 20 cm, weigh up to 10 kg and goes under the seat in front of you. For a short trip that is plenty — as long as you have a bag that makes the most of those dimensions. Our Lundholm Underseater is built for exactly that: 40 x 30 x 16 cm, 22 liters, opens like a suitcase and has a padded 15.6" laptop compartment, a TSA lock and waterproof material.

Do I need WIZZ Priority?
With WIZZ Priority you can bring a larger cabin bag (55 x 40 x 23 cm, max 10 kg) in the overhead bin alongside the free small bag, plus you board earlier. For a weekend with light packing the free bag is often enough and you save the Priority fee. If you take more with you, Priority is the easier option. Work out which one is cheaper in your case.
Avoid paying extra at the gate
Wizz Air is known for strict checks with baggage sizers. If your bag does not fit, a hefty gate fee follows. So choose a bag that stays comfortably within 40 x 30 x 20 cm, measure it including handles, and do not overpack — the compression straps on the Underseater keep it compact.
