4. For your maid of honor — a step up
Your maid of honor (or the child carrying the rings) deserves something that sets her apart from the group. A neat way to do it: keep the same base material as the group, but in a statement version. How much should I spend on a bridesmaid gift?
Usually between EUR 20 and EUR 30 per person. With a large group you can work with EUR 20-25 for the group and EUR 35-50 for your maid of honor. An expensive choice (EUR 60 and up) can feel awkward for your friends — they're already standing beside you on the day, and they don't want to feel that you, the bride, spent "too much".
Do all the bridesmaids have to get the same piece?
Not necessarily. The same style looks good in group photos. With 2-3 close friends you can pick different items within one metal tone. From four upwards we'd recommend the same base item, with a choice of gold-tone or silver-tone if you like.
What if one of my bridesmaids has sensitive ears?
