Shipping policy

We do everything we can to ship your order quickly and with care, so you can wear or gift your new piece as soon as possible.

Processing & dispatch

Orders placed on working days before 15:00 (CET) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 or at the weekend leave on the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, you automatically receive a tracking code by e-mail so you can follow your parcel.

Where do we ship?

Jewelry ships worldwide. It fits in a tracked letterbox parcel, so it travels light, safely and at a low cost – to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and the rest of the world.

Bags, wallets and other leather goods ship within the Netherlands, Belgium and the EU only. If you are visiting our store from a country outside the EU, you will therefore only see our jewelry collection.

🇧🇪 Belgium

  • Standard shipping: € 3.95
  • Free shipping: on orders from € 60
  • Delivery time: 1 – 3 working days

🇪🇺 Other EU countries

(including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Sweden and all other EU member states)

  • Jewelry: € 3.95 (tracked letterbox parcel) · free from € 75 · delivery 3 – 7 working days

🌍 Outside the EU – jewelry only

  • Tracked letterbox parcel: € 3.95
  • Free shipping: on orders from € 75
  • Delivery time: 5 – 14 working days, depending on the destination and customs

Prices are shown in your local currency where available; shipping costs are always shown in your cart before checkout.

Import charges outside the EU

For orders to countries outside the EU, local import duties, VAT or handling fees may apply. These are set by the customs authority or carrier in the destination country and charged to you on delivery; they are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Shipping partner

All orders are shipped with PostNL (via MyParcel) or one of their international partners. You receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped.

Free gift promotions

For promotions where you receive a free gift above a certain order value (for example a bag with orders over € 150): if you return part of your order so that the qualifying amount is no longer reached, the right to the gift lapses. You can return the gift with your order, or its value will be deducted from your refund.

Parcel not received or delayed

Sometimes a parcel is scanned as delivered before you have actually received it, for example because the driver was interrupted or the parcel was pre-sorted.

What to do:

  1. Allow another 1 – 4 working days; in most cases the parcel is delivered after all.
  2. Check whether the parcel was left with a neighbour.
  3. Keep an eye on the tracking link.

Still not delivered? E-mail us at info@lundholmstore.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make sure it is resolved.

Address check

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incomplete or incorrect address, any re-shipping costs are borne by the customer.
