Order before 15:00 (CET) on a working day and we ship the same day with PostNL. Netherlands: usually the next working day (1–2 working days). Belgium: 1–3 working days. Germany and the rest of the EU: 3–7 working days. Jewelry to countries outside the EU travels as a tracked letterbox parcel and takes 5–14 working days.

Jewelry: € 3.95, free from € 75 — and we ship jewelry worldwide. Netherlands: € 3.95, free from € 50. Belgium: € 3.95, free from € 60. Bags and leather goods ship within the EU only: € 8.95 up to € 50, € 3.95 from € 50 to € 100 and free from € 100. All the details are in our shipping policy.

As soon as your parcel leaves us, you'll get an email with a track & trace link. No email? Check your spam folder, or send us a quick message — we'll look it up for you.

Of course. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Let us know within that time; after that you have another 14 days to send the parcel back. Return shipping is at your own cost. This is how it works:

🇩🇪 🇧🇪 From Germany, Belgium or another EU country, just email us at info@lundholmstore.com and send your return back yourself, with a carrier of your choice. From Germany a DHL Päckchen (around € 7) is usually the cheapest option. Prefer our return label? You can also use our returns portal, but it costs more: around € 17 from Germany and around € 13.50 from Belgium.

🌍 Outside the EU (for example the US or Switzerland), send your return back yourself with tracking. Mark it as “returned goods” with your order number on the customs declaration, so that no import charges are due on arrival.

🇳🇱 From the Netherlands, register your return in our returns portal and pay for the label when you create it: letterbox parcel € 3.95 · parcel € 5.00.

Trying on is fine, wearing is not: send jewelry back unworn and complete (with the jewelry box and satin pouch). If there are signs of use, we may charge for the loss in value. The full terms and the model withdrawal form are in our return policy.

Once we've received and checked your return, we usually refund the amount within 5 working days using the same payment method (and at the latest within 14 days of your return notification). If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard shipping cost of the original delivery. Still no refund after 15 working days? Just email us.

All our products come with the legal warranty. On top of that we give a 1-year Lundholm warranty on discoloration, breakage and material or manufacturing faults under normal use. Something wrong with your product (a color that fades, a clasp that sticks)? Email us a photo and your order number at info@lundholmstore.com and we'll sort it out properly with a repair, a replacement or a refund.

Orders that haven't shipped yet (so before 15:00 CET on the same working day) can often still be changed or cancelled. Email us as soon as you can with your order number — the earlier the better, because once the parcel is in our shipping run it's on its way.

For our core collections: usually yes. Send us a message with the product name and we'll check when we expect it back in stock. For limited drops it can be different — we'd love to hear from you about those too.

Yes! All Lundholm jewelry comes in premium packaging (a box or satin pouch) as standard, ready to give at no extra cost. Order from our own webshop and you always get a free gift bag as well.

How annoying! Please message us within 48 hours at info@lundholmstore.com with your order number and a few photos of the item and the packaging. We'll pick it up as quickly as we can — a wrong or damaged item is something we'll simply put right for you.
