Overview
Welcome to Lundholm (“Lundholm”, “we”, “us”). Lundholm is a brand of Hilten Lederwaren B.V., registered at Oud Zevenaarsedijk 4, 6913 KM Aerdt (Chamber of Commerce 89121112). We offer our products through this website; the web shop is hosted by Shopify Inc.
By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer always remain unaffected.

Article 1 – Access and account

You confirm that you are 18 years or older (or have permission from a parent/guardian).
When creating an account you provide accurate, current and complete information and keep your login details secure.
Lundholm is not liable for the loss or misuse of accounts resulting from careless handling of login details.

Article 2 – Product information

We aim for accurate product descriptions and photos.
Colors may differ due to screen settings or lighting.
We may adjust product details and prices at any time or withdraw products from our range; this does not affect orders that have already been placed.

Article 3 – Orders

An agreement is concluded as soon as you have received an order confirmation from us.
Please check your details carefully; after confirmation we cannot always change or cancel an order, because we ship the same day.
All purchases are intended for personal use.
Returns are possible in accordance with Article 9 – Right of withdrawal and returns.

Article 4 – Prices and payments

All prices are in euros including VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately and are shown to you before checkout.
Where a “was” price is struck through, this is the lowest price we applied in the 30 days preceding the discount.
The price at the moment of checkout is binding. In the event of an obvious pricing error we will contact you before shipping.

Article 5 – Shipping and delivery

We ship with recognized carriers (via MyParcel). See our shipping policy for costs and delivery times.
Delivery times are indicative; the statutory maximum delivery period of 30 days continues to apply.
Risk passes to the consumer upon actual delivery.
Please check your shipment on receipt and report transport damage preferably within 48 hours with photos, so that we can resolve it quickly for you.

Article 6 – Warranty and conformity

You are entitled to the statutory warranty (conformity): a product must meet what you may reasonably expect from it. Report a defect within a reasonable time after discovery; reporting within 2 months is in any case timely.
In addition, Lundholm provides a 1-year warranty on discoloration, breakage and material or manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by incorrect use or accidents, loss, or damage caused by chemicals (such as chlorine, perfume or cleaning products).
In the event of a defect we will repair or replace the product free of charge, or refund (part of) the purchase price.

Article 7 – Intellectual property

All texts, designs, logos and images on the website are the property of Lundholm / Hilten Lederwaren B.V. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Use for your own promotion or republication is not permitted without written consent.

Article 8 – Third-party tools and links

Our site may contain third-party links or plug-ins. Use of these is at your own risk; we are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

Article 9 – Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer you have a cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt of your order. Within that period you may withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons via our return portal, by email to info@lundholmstore.com or using the model withdrawal form. After notifying us, you return the product within 14 days.

  • You may inspect and try on the product as you would in a shop. If you use it beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may charge for the reduction in value.
  • Return products complete and in their original packaging (jewelry with its box and satin pouch).
  • Personalized or made-to-order items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  • The cost of the return shipment is at your own expense. From the Netherlands you can use our returns portal (€ 3.95 / € 5.00); from other countries you send your return yourself at your own cost. See the return policy.
  • We refund the purchase amount — in the case of a full return including the standard shipping costs of the outbound shipment — no later than 14 days after your withdrawal, via the original payment method. We may wait until we have received the product or until you have sent proof of shipment.

Article 10 – Defective or incorrect item

Did you receive an incorrect or damaged product? Contact us at info@lundholmstore.com with photos; we will resolve it with a replacement or a refund.

Article 11 – Relationship with Shopify

Our web shop is hosted by Shopify Inc. All sales take place between you and Hilten Lederwaren B.V. (Lundholm). Shopify is not a party to your purchase agreement.

Article 12 – Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Because Shopify is our host, it may process personal data outside the EU on the basis of recognized safeguards; details can be found in our privacy policy.

Article 13 – Feedback & reviews

Product reviews on our website are collected via Judge.me. Only customers who have purchased the product from us receive an invitation to write a review; reviews from verified buyers are marked as such. We do not post fake reviews and only remove reviews that are unlawful, abusive or spam. By posting a review or feedback you give Lundholm permission to use it for service and marketing purposes.

Article 14 – Errors & changes

We may correct information (including prices or descriptions) without prior notice. If an error affects your order, we will contact you.

Article 15 – Prohibited use

It is not permitted to use the website for illegal or harmful activities, to distribute malware or spam, or to damage the reputation or security of others. In the event of misuse we reserve the right to block your account or cancel orders.

Article 16 – Termination

We may terminate access to our website in the event of a breach of these terms. Rights and obligations that by their nature continue to apply (such as warranty, liability and intellectual property) remain in force.

Article 17 – Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lundholm is not liable for indirect or consequential damage. Our total liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Article 18 – Complaints, applicable law & disputes

Do you have a complaint? Email us at info@lundholmstore.com. We confirm your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it substantively within 14 days. If we cannot reach a solution together, you can turn to the competent court; as a consumer you may also choose the court of your own place of residence. Independent information about your rights is available from ConsuWijzer (ACM).
Dutch law applies to all agreements, excluding the Vienna Sales Convention.

Article 19 – Changes

These terms may be amended. The most recent version is always available at lundholmstore.com. The version that applied at the time of ordering applies to your order.
