  • Stacked bangles: two or three open bangles together, worn over your sleeve.

This article is about what to wear now, over the coming weeks and this winter. Want the overview of all the 2026 trends? Read which jewelry is in. Only interested in earrings? You will find them in earring trends 2026. All the jewelry below is made from premium stainless steel with a gold-tone or silver-tone PVD coating: waterproof and hypoallergenic. Only pearl-look pieces and natural stones are not waterproof.

1. Warm gold, head to toe

This season's gold is warmer and softer: more honey and cognac, less bright yellow. The shapes are softer too. Think organic ovals that look freshly cast, wavy rings and twisted chains that catch the light from every angle. It goes perfectly with the colors you are wearing now: camel, chocolate brown, cream and burgundy.

The easiest way to start? One warm gold piece you wear every day, like a chain bracelet or organic studs. Want it all in one go? Look at the Våg look in the opening photo: a long necklace, organic studs, an open bangle and a wavy ring that tell one story together.

Prefer silver? That works just as well. Many pieces come in both colors, and wearing gold and silver together is fine too: choose one main color and use the other as an accent. Read more in how to mix gold and silver.

2. Stacked bangles

Bangles are back, and you no longer wear just one. Two or three open bangles on one wrist, perhaps with a fine chain bracelet in between: that is how you build an arm stack that chimes softly with every move. Open styles slip on easily, even over the sleeve of a thick sweater.

Mix shapes in one color: an organic bangle like Runa, a knotted one like Tammy, a hammered one like Tekla and a wide, wavy cuff. The stack looks rich but calm. Find more styles among our bangles, and read how to build it in how to stack bracelets.

Styling tipWear your bangles over the cuff of your sweater or blouse instead of underneath. They stay visible, stay in place and instantly look intentional. Widest piece on the outside, finest piece closest to your hand.

3. Layered necklaces

A turtleneck asks for a necklace that falls over it. That is why this season you layer mostly over your clothes: a short, fine chain high on your neck and a longer one with a pendant below. With a V-neck or open blouse it works the other way around: the layers sit on your skin and can be finer.

Keep about five centimeters between the layers, or pair a short chain with a truly long one like the 85 cm Ava. Rather not puzzle it together yourself? A necklace with built-in layers, like the three-layer Manou or the Nathalie with its Y-pendant, gives you the effect in one go, without tangles. 4. Pearls, the modern way

Pearls belong to winter, but no longer in the classic, prim way. Now you wear them with contrast: a pearl necklace on a chunky knit, a pearl bracelet next to a bold chain, or a mother-of-pearl ring with denim. The soft white makes warm gold look even better.

Good to knowPearl-look jewelry is not waterproof. Take it off before you shower, swim or work out. Find more ideas in how to wear pearls.

5. Stars, moons and suns

Celestial jewelry is perfect for the dark months: little stars, half moons and suns that catch the light. Playful without being childish, and often with a personal meaning, like your zodiac sign.

Wear them small and spread out: a tiny star in your second piercing, a charm necklace with suns, or half-moon hoops like the gold-tone Sonja and the silver-tone Simone. See them all in stars and moons, and read how to combine them in jewelry with stars and moons.

6. Natural stones in autumn colors

This season, color comes from nature: tiger eye in cognac and golden brown, amethyst in plum, lapis lazuli in deep ink blue and amber-colored stones like honey. These shades match fall clothing perfectly, and because they are natural stones, each one is slightly different.

One piece with a stone is enough: a tiger eye pendant on a cream sweater, amethyst in your ears with a burgundy blouse or a lapis lazuli ring with denim. Also lovely: the Rosan amethyst necklace, the Sunniva tiger eye ring and the Cleo studs with an amber-colored stone. Natural stone is not waterproof, so take these pieces off to shower or swim. 7. One pair of statement earrings

With a turtleneck or a high-necked blouse, your ears do the work. Choose one pair of sculptural earrings, like a full drop, a chunky hoop or a geometric shape, and keep everything else calm. Wear your hair in a low bun or tucked behind your ears and they look their best.

8. Sparkle for the holidays

From mid-November it is time to sparkle, and you do not need a sequin dress for it. Cubic zirconia does it quietly: a tennis bracelet on your wrist, a paperclip necklace with stones or a ring with rows of zirconia. Most beautiful with velvet and satin in burgundy, plum or bottle green, but just as good with a black turtleneck.

Frequently asked questions about fall and winter jewelry trends

What jewelry is in style for fall 2026?

In fall 2026 you mostly wear warm gold, stacked bangles, layered necklaces, pearls the modern way, stars and moons, natural stones in autumn colors and one pair of statement earrings. Towards the holidays, sparkle joins in with cubic zirconia and tennis bracelets.

What are the jewelry trends for winter 2026-2027?

This winter, warm gold, layers and bangles stay important. You also see more sparkle: cubic zirconia, tennis bracelets and pearls with velvet and satin in burgundy, plum and bottle green. Stars, moons and natural stones suit the dark months perfectly.

What are the jewelry trends for 2027?

Many of this winter's trends continue into 2027: longer layers, bangles, color through natural stones and beads, and rounded, wavy shapes in warm gold. Our separate article on jewelry trends 2027 covers what is new.

Which necklaces are trending right now?

Layered necklaces are the biggest trend: a short, fine chain with a longer necklace with a pendant below. Twisted chains, paperclip necklaces with cubic zirconia and necklaces with a natural stone pendant, such as tiger eye or amethyst, are also popular this season.

Which bracelets are trending in 2026?

Open bangles worn two or three at a time are the bracelet trend of this fall. Combine them with a fine chain bracelet or, towards the holidays, with a cubic zirconia tennis bracelet.

Are pearls still in style?

Yes. Pearls are fully back, but worn the modern way: a pearl necklace on a chunky knit, a pearl bracelet next to a chain or a mother-of-pearl ring with denim. Pearl-look jewelry is not waterproof, so take it off to shower or swim.

Gold or silver this winter?

Gold is the clear favorite this winter, especially warm gold in honey and cognac tones. Silver still looks great with cool colors, and mixing gold and silver is completely fine. A two-tone piece makes the mix easiest.

Which jewelry can you wear every day, even in the shower?

Jewelry made from premium stainless steel with a PVD coating is waterproof and hypoallergenic, so you can shower, swim and work out with it. This does not apply to pearl-look pieces or natural stones; take those off before they get wet.
